I was a licensed Athens real estate agent before I was a videographer. Now I put agents in the frame — not just their listings — and shoot commercials for the businesses around them. The mission's the same everywhere: make you impossible to ignore.
I spent a year+ as a licensed real estate agent in Athens. I posted every day. I sat in the listing appointments. And I watched good agents lose listings to worse agents — not because the worse agent was better at the job, but because they looked more like the obvious choice online.
Then I started shooting, and noticed every videographer in town was making the exact same video: a pretty walkthrough of a house the buyer was going to tour in person anyway. Beautiful, clean, and completely interchangeable. Nobody was selling the agent.
So that's what I build. I put you in the frame — your face, your name, your reputation, the things that actually win the next listing. Fast enough to matter, sharp enough to stand out, honest enough that I'll tell you when an idea won't convert.
I also shoot commercials and brand films for Athens businesses done being invisible — that's where the craft comes from. But the mission's the same everywhere: make you impossible to ignore.
Walk into any small business in Athens and you'll hear the same thing: "We tried social media. It didn't work." Half the time, they're right. What they got was content that looked good on a portfolio and did nothing for their phone.
We started The Agncy because results — not aesthetics — are the only metric that matters. Every video, every caption, every ad has one job: be unmissable to the person who's about to spend money with you.
That's the whole pitch. The work proves the rest.
Brand Archetype
The Magician transforms. It takes what exists and reveals what's possible. Magicians don't follow rules — they rewrite them. Apple is a Magician. So is The Agncy.
Eight rules. Non-negotiable. They show up in the work, in the calls, and in how we say no.
Every piece of content, every proposal, every touchpoint has one job: be unmissable.
Beautiful content that doesn't convert is a failure. Period.
If a client's idea won't work, say it. We're not here to be liked.
Don't bring problems — bring solutions. Always arrive with a plan.
We don't over-explain our value. The portfolio does that for us.
Positioning is intentional. We own our lane on purpose, not by default.
Slow delivery is a broken promise. We move fast by design, not by luck.
We're not building pretty — we're building recognition and revenue.
You know you need to be more visible. You're done waiting for referrals to carry the load. You want a professional who tells the truth — not a vendor who agrees with everything.
Local business owners with 1–20 employees doing $250K–$5M annually. Restaurants, contractors, gyms, realtors, retail. Ages 28–55. Tired of doing it themselves.
Content that brings in customers — not just likes. To stop guessing what to post and start seeing calls, bookings, and walk-ins from social.
"My competitors look more professional online and I know it." "I'm posting but nobody's seeing it." "I want to be the obvious choice in my market."
Speed, directness, and a partner who's allergic to pretty-but-pointless work. You get the truth on every call — and content that actually moves the number.
